• User Content: Images of properties or profile photos you upload.
• Identifiers: We use Firebase Authentication which assigns a unique User ID (UID) to your account.

3. No Location Tracking (GPS)

house4rent does not collect, use, or share your precise GPS location. Any property searches are performed manually by entering a city name or zip code.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for:

• Providing the core features of the app (browsing and posting rentals).
• Managing your user account.
• Storing property images via Firebase Storage.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Storage) to power our backend. Firebase may collect basic device metadata (such as OS version and device model) to ensure app stability and performance. You can view Google's privacy terms at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Account and Data Deletion

In compliance with App Store and Play Store policies:

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Data Removal: Upon deletion, your account credentials and any images uploaded to Firebase Storage are permanently removed from our active databases.
