Welcome to House4Rent. By accessing or using the House4Rent mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the Service

House4Rent is a digital platform that connects house seekers directly with property owners in Zambia. The app also enables users to book lodges or apartments, post services, and sell unwanted items. House4Rent acts only as a platform and is not a real estate agent, broker, or property owner.

House4Rent is a subsidiary of SKYWOOD Logistics Limited, a company incorporated in Zambia.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use House4Rent. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use the platform for legitimate purposes only
• Respect other users and communicate in good faith
• Ensure that property listings, services, and items for sale are genuine and lawful

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in harassment, exploitation, or illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass platform security or misuse user data

4. Listings, Bookings, and Transactions

House4Rent does not own, manage, or inspect properties, services, or items listed on the platform. All agreements, bookings, payments, and interactions are strictly between users.

House4Rent is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of listings
• Disputes between users
• Losses arising from user interactions

5. Fees and Payments

House4Rent aims to eliminate agents and viewing fees. However, certain features or services may attract fees, which will be clearly communicated before use.

6. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they post but grant House4Rent a non-exclusive right to use, display, and promote such content within the platform for service-related purposes.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

House4Rent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose risks to other users or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

House4Rent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the app or reliance on listings, services, or user interactions.

9. Privacy

Use of House4Rent is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user information is collected and protected.

10. Changes to Terms

House4Rent may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
